A lab rarely needs “something similar”. It needs the exact reference material the standard names, from the right lot, or the original electrode for the instrument already on the bench. We find the source the standard or the manufacturer actually recognises, get a formal offer, and take care of documents, customs and delivery.
Reference detergents, stain test strips, standard soils and test loads named in IEC appliance-testing standards.
Reference machines specified by test standards, thermal cabinets, temperature sensors and measurement accessories.
Titration electrodes, sensors, calibration standards, glassware and pipettes for the instruments you already run.
Original parts for lab instruments in service, ordered by part number from the maker or its authorised partner.
Instruments and consumables for the quality-control labs inside production plants.
Lab chemicals with MSDS, certificate of analysis and lot number, plus the import permits some of them need.
The standards list only a few approved producers worldwide for reference detergents and dishwasher test loads. We went to those producers directly and secured formal offers for reference detergents, rinse aid, stain strips and a 24-line standard test load. Two discontinued items were replaced with alternatives the standard itself approves, and we worked out the full landed cost, including the permit food-contact items need in Türkiye.
The enquiry went straight to the manufacturer's official reference-machine department in Germany, which confirmed in writing that it had reached the right desk. No reseller in between.
Electrodes for an instrument already in service, requested only through the Swiss maker's authorised channels, so the lab gets the genuine part and not a look-alike.
Client and brand names are withheld. We don't publish who we work for.
Standard and clause, part number, pack size, and whether you need a single lot.
The producer the standard lists, the manufacturer, or its authorised distributor. Never a grey-market copy.
MSDS, certificate of analysis, origin declaration and permits. Some chemicals go to the customs laboratory; food-contact items need a Ministry of Agriculture permit.
One landed-cost figure: goods, freight, duty, permits and our fee, with receipts.
Yes. Many reference materials and instruments are made only in Europe. We buy from the producer, receive the goods in Istanbul and handle the rest of the route.
Only if you ask for one. By default we source the exact item. If something has been discontinued, we propose only alternatives the standard or the manufacturer approves.
Part numbers, or the standard and clause, quantities, whether you need a single lot, and the delivery city. Some manufacturers also ask for the name of the end-user laboratory before they quote.
Some do. The customs laboratory may sample chemicals, and tableware used as a test load counts as food-contact material, which needs a permit and lab testing. We price this in from the start so it doesn't surprise you later.
It depends on the producer. Small reference materials usually travel by courier and reach Istanbul about a week after payment; equipment takes longer. We give you a date together with the offer.
Part numbers, a standard reference or a photo of the nameplate is enough to start.
