Industrial & Packaging Trade Shows 2026–2027

The trade fairs that matter for buyers sourcing machinery, packaging, spare parts and food — and how to turn them into real suppliers.

Trade fairs are still the fastest way to see dozens of manufacturers in one place, compare machines side by side, and meet decision-makers face to face. But the calendar is crowded — most fairs have nothing to do with your business. Below is a filtered list of the 2026–2027 international fairs that actually matter for importing industrial machinery, packaging equipment, spare parts, and food-sector products, based on the official İstanbul Chamber of Commerce (İTO) fair calendar.

We've kept only the categories relevant to sourcing: industrial supply and machinery, packaging and food processing, construction and heavy equipment, and auto parts. Book travel and visas early — the best fairs fill hotels months ahead.

General trade & broad sourcing

How to actually use a trade fair (the right way)

Most first-time visitors walk the halls, collect brochures, and go home with nothing. A productive fair visit looks different:

  • Pick 2–3 fairs that match your product — don't try to cover everything.
  • Pre-book meetings with target exhibitors weeks before; don't rely on walk-ups.
  • Bring clear specs and quantities so suppliers can quote on the spot.
  • Ask for spare-parts terms, lead times, and references — not just price.
  • Follow up within 48 hours; deals are won in the follow-up, not the hall.

Can't travel to every fair? That's where we come in

You don't have to attend every fair to benefit from them. As your sourcing office in Istanbul, Yedi Mavi already works with the supplier networks behind many of these sectors — industrial machinery and packaging in particular. We identify, vet, and negotiate with manufacturers, then coordinate export to Iran, so you get the result of a fair visit without the travel, visas, or language barrier.
